You can shop 24 hours a day on our website. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Checks and Money orders. Orders exceeding $2,500 may be required to be paid by Certified Bank Check. Please call our customer service department. If using a pre-paid gift card, it must be registered on the card issuer's website before use.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted on our website, please call us immediately. Changes to an order, including the products size or quantity ordered are not possible without cancelling the orginal order and replacing it. Some requests to change a shipping address may also require us to cancel the original order and replace it with the correct shipping information.

Please note that thee are no guarantees that a request for cancellation of an order is possible once the order has been submitted. This includes requests to change items, shipping address but also when a customer has changed their mind and no longer wishes to receive th order that they have placed with us.

Please review your shopping cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order. Please speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives a soon as possible after the order has been submitted to us. You can contact us by phone or email. If a request to cancel an order cannot be completed, you may return the parcel after its received for a refund of the product returned.

If you require an address correction or change after the order has already shipped, we may be able to re-route the package for yo, however additional ship charges may apply. Please call Customer Service immediately for assistance.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is collected based on the applicable state and local sales tax regulations and rates pertaining to goods and shipping services. The tax rate applied to orders will be the combined state and local rates for orders pertaining to a North Carolina address, with any exemptions applied.
