Recommended Use (Kit is a 2-week support):
- Can support as often as 4 times annually for regular maintenience
- For moderate gland issues can use one kit for two weeks
- For severe male gland issues can use 2 kits back-to-back for a full month of support. Or use the larger size Male Gland Support Tincture and Tea purchasing separately instead of the kit. See additional details under "Kit Contains".
Note: For very severe or stubborn gland issues you may also need to support other areas that put pressure on the glands.

One kit contains enough formula for about a 2-week support using the lowest dose of Male Gland Support. For moderate to severe gland condtions we recommend using the higher dose in which you will move through the Male Gland Support Tincture in about 5 days. Therefore, you may wish to consider purchasing the 4 oz bottle of Male Gland Support Tincture separately with an order of Male Gland Support Tea separately instead of the Prosate Kit. You can repeat the cleanse application but don't exceed 6 weeks of use. Take a break for 1-2 weeks and repeat if necessary.

PROSTATE TEA: wild crafted herbs of Saw Palmetto, Cleavers herb, Nettle root and Thuja leaf.
PROSTATE TINCTURE: wild crafted herbs of Juniper berries, Corn silk, Uva ursi leaves, Horsetail herb, Pipsissewa leaf, Burdock herb seed, Goldenrod flower, Saw palmetto, mullein leaf, Gingko biloba leaf and organic alcohol.
DIRECTIONS FOR Male Gland Support Tea: Make tea by the tea pot - you will drink five (4 oz) cups of tea per day. Follow tea making instructions. You will take the recommended dose of the Male Gland Support Tincture with each cup of tea.
